Here’s my way of teaching:
1. Diagnose – I usually take a Diagnostic test to understand the current level of the person. Some students know all the concepts but don’t know how to approach the question in the given time frame. However some don’t know the concepts. That’s why I have designed the course in such a way which will bring everyone on the same page in 30 days
2. Structured Course – I have designed the structure wherein I ask students to go through some basic Maths topics 7 days prior to the classes. In Classes all the Basics to advance level concepts are covered along with some questions on the same topic. Then I give them Post class exercises so that the concepts gets settled in their memory
3. Feedback – I always give the honest feedback to show them where they stand and take the feedback from them as well. As there is always a scope of learning
